Foundation Approval Status: Rejected

Per my email, we cannot set up a Restricted scholarship fund then convert it to Endowed. Please change the fund type to Endowed and indicate that the stipends will come from the spendable side of the Endowed fund. If there's a high chance the $50,000 Endowment minimum won't be met, you can add language similar to: “If fund does not achieve endowment status within X number of years, authority will be given to the Dean of the College of Law to convert the fund to Restricted.” Thanks!
